Keyboard shortcuts for entering records into a Microsoft Access table or form

Shortcut What will be inserted
Ctrl + ; Inserts the current date
Ctrl + : Inserts the current time
Alt + Ctrl + Spacebar Inserts that field’s default value
Ctrl + ‘ Inserts the value from the same field in the previous record
Ctrl + Enter Inserts a line break in the cell
