In a previous blog we said that surveys had been carried out on project managers to determine qualities required.

    Where did you get the above stats from? I agree with them by the way! Especially for the leadership and communication skills.

    In the early nineties similar surveys were carried out on experienced project managers attending training programmes in the petrochemical industry. All were involved in major projects. A total of 220 managers took part.
