Sometimes you may need to send an e-mail on behalf of someone else, using their e-mail address, or you may have more than one e-mail address and use one that isn’t your usual Outlook account address.
To send an e-mail from a different e-mail address:
- Start a new e-mail in the usual way.
- Click Options, then in the Fields group, click Show From. The From field will be shown above the To field.
- Either type the relevant e-mail address in the From text box or click the From button and select it from your Global Address List or Contacts list.
- Finish and send the e-mail in the usual way.
