Microsoft Outlook – view two non-consecutive dates on a calendar

You may want to compare schedules on dates that are not consecutive within Outlook, for example all the dates you met with a certain client.

To do so, from Calendar view, click on the Day view button, and in the calendar at the left, click on the first day you want to view.

Then holding down the Ctrl key, on the calendar on the left, click on any other dates you want to view.
