Outlook – working with birthdays

If you fill in the Details section of Outlook contacts, you may want to see all those who birthdays are within the next week or the next month.

In Outlook 2007, from the Contacts folder, click View – Current View – Customize Current View. The Customize Current View dialog box will be displayed.

Click Filter and then click Advanced. From the Field dropdown, select Personal fields, then select Birthday.

From the Condition dropdown, select the date range for the birthdays you want to see. Click Add to List, then click OK. You will then see a list of contacts with birthdays within your chosen date range.
