Deleting autosuggested names in To box in Outlook

ifonlyidknownthat

My husband has recently sent a couple of e-mails to my secondary account that I don’t check very often. It would be better for him (and for me) if that e-mail address didn’t show up when he started to type in the To box in Microsoft Outlook.

To delete an Autosuggested name:

  1. Select the unwanted name or e-mail address by using the Up arrow or Down Arrow key.
  2. Click Delete command or press the Delete key.

About jdonbavand

I am a trainer of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Crystal Reports. I have called my blog "If Only I'd Known That...." because I hear it so many times in training sessions. In fact, if only I had a £100 (or 150 Aussie dollars)for every time someone says "If only I'd known that." ....
